Overview

We're on the hunt for a go-getter Business Development Executive / Sales representative to join our growing team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This is your chance to be part of a business development role where ambition meets opportunity — and success is rewarded in dollars commissions

What You'll Do:

  • Dial into opportunity — Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our Transportation service offers.
  • Sell with purpose — Use persuasive communication to highlight benefits and seal the deal.
  • Crush your targets — Meet and exceed sales goals with your hunger for achievement.
  • Stay organized — Log your progress in our CRM and keep things running smoothly.
  • Team up for success — Work closely with fellow sales pros.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English speaker (both spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in tele sales or a related role
  • Confidence, charisma, and killer communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to commute to Gulshan-e-Iqbal
  • A professional yet enthusiastic attitude — customers love it

What's In It for You?

  • Base Salary: PKR 35,000 to 45,000/month (depending on experience)
  • Commissions: Earn in Dollars — the better you perform, the more you make
  • Shift: Evening shift, 6 PM to 3 AM (Mon to Fri)
  • Location: In-person role near Disco Bakery Gulshan-e-Iqbal
