E-Commerce online sales representative

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Online Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves managing online sales channels, responding to customer inquiries, guiding them to the right home appliance products, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales-driven mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs in the home appliances sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries via website chat, social media, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Promote and sell home appliances (kitchen hoods, hobs, geysers, stoves, etc.) through online channels.
- Provide detailed product information and guide customers in selecting the right appliances.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and close sales.
- Process online orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update product listings, descriptions, and offers on e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Maintain sales records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30, Rs40,000.00 per month
