Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Managers/Sales Consultants at EFU Life Assurance - Karachi Cantt Branch. The Sales Managers/Sales Consultants will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing sales reports. Ideal candidates will also be required to collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, sales strategy development, and executing sales plans
  • Strong customer relationship management and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and presentations
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
