We're Hiring: Sales Agent (On-Site – Night Shift, Karachi)

Location: On-site – Karachi (near Frere Hall)

Shift: Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Salary: Starts from PKR 60,000 and can go up to PKR 120,000+, depending on experience + commissions

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Only

About the Role:

Inbound and Outbound Sales Agency is looking for experienced Sales Agents to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to US-based businesses through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to pitch:

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Services
  • Website Design & Development
  • Social Media Marketing and Meta Ads

You'll focus on front-end sales and appointment setting. If you also have experience in closing sales over Zoom/Teams, that's a huge plus — additional commissions will apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Make 100–150+ outbound cold calls per day
  • Execute targeted cold email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Use CRM tools to manage prospects and pipeline
  • Set qualified appointments with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs and performance reports
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Appointment setting or cold calling experience preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO, websites, or digital marketing is a plus
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
  • Comfortable working night shifts and on-site at our Karachi office
