Education Requirements:
- 04 years Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferably with MBA.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in contract management, technical audits, contractor performance management and financial impact assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in managing contract lifecycle for K-Electric's Distribution Projects across Karachi, including contractor onboarding.
- Provide technical support for resolving execution issues related to contractors and internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between Pre-Qualified Contractors (PQCs) and execution teams to address stakeholder complaints.
- Allocate work to PQCs as per allocation criteria and ensure close coordination with execution teams for contractor deployment, safety compliance, and material management.
- Monitor contractor performance quarterly based on agreed KPIs and milestones, initiating corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure full compliance with contract terms, safety standards, and technical deliverables, and address non-compliances with penalization measures as per KE policies.
- Identify and report financial risk exposures, material risks, and payable-related gaps in contracts.
- Manage PQC data, ensure contractor workforce is trained, and supervise the timely collection, verification, and processing of contractor invoices while coordinating with BF team for payment disbursements.
- Having financial understanding of contract management process and implications.
- Prepare dashboards and analytical reports using PowerBI, PowerApps, and other reporting tools.
- Lead and oversee project activities from Kick-Off until closure and capitalization of the project as per KE standards, ensuring timely documentation and system updates for project financial closures.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of contract management, project execution, invoice processing, payables handling, and technical auditing.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerApps, and related dashboard/reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of financial processes related to project payables, invoice reconciliations, and capitalization.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
