Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Project Location(s): Lahore, Pakistan

Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field

• Detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for HVAC and plumbing systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Piping layouts, ducting systems, and schematics based on engineering inputs.
• Equipment Dimensional Drawings based on engineering inputs.
• Process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) of Projects.
• Isometrics drawings of Projects.
• Sectional Details of Equipment, Fittings, Devices etc. as per requirement
• Ensure designs are compliant with local codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to understand project needs and constraints.
• Conduct regular reviews of designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project scope.

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a draftsman in the HVAC or plumbing industry.
• Exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, including layouts, schematics, and components.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, local plumbing codes).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
