Job Description

Translation Empire PK is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Executive to support the delivery and management of ongoing professional learning initiatives for our workforce. The role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities through targeted CPD programs, maintaining professional standards, and actively supporting career growth.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about long-term learning strategies and career development. The CPD Executive will collaborate closely with HR and departmental teams to promote a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning and delivery of CPD programs across departments
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials
  • Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards
  • Gather feedback on CPD sessions and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Stay updated with industry and regulatory CPD requirements
  • Assist in integrating CPD initiatives with broader learning and development strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or similar HR roles
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms

Preferred Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications or CPD-related training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi (DHA 1 Sector F, Rawalpindi)
