Continuous Professional Development Leader

This role involves supporting the delivery and management of ongoing professional learning initiatives for our workforce. The successful candidate will enhance employee capabilities through targeted programs, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and career growth is actively supported.
The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and departmental teams to promote a continuous learning culture. Key responsibilities include coordinating the planning and delivery of professional development programs across departments, maintaining records of employee participation and progress in activities, and working with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules.
Additional duties include supporting the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials, monitoring compliance with policies and professional standards, gathering feedback on sessions and contributing to continuous improvement efforts, staying up to date with industry requirements, and assisting in integrating initiatives with the organization's broader learning strategy.
