NewVative is looking for adynamic and driven Sales & Marketing professionalto join our growing tech startup.

What we're doing:

NewVative, a private limited company based in Islamabad, specializes in developing and offering cutting-edge solutions that leverage the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence technologies. The company provides environment monitoring and control solutions across various sectors, including hospitals, commercial buildings, banking, IT sector etc. NewVative is funded by World Bank, Planning Commission and well-reputed investors. NewVative's REMAC is an intelligent system that is helping businesses reduce energy waste and carbon emissions due to manual air conditioner control. We are looking to expand its sales. Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degreein BBA or equivalent from a reputable university
  • 2+ years of sales experience(B2B preferred)
  • Prior exposure to healthcare, construction, education, or facility-based industries is a big plus
  • A tech-savvy mindset – ability to learn and usedigital toolsfor CRM, outreach, and campaigns
  • Strong communication skills and a professional outlook
  • Must have integrity, openness and a positive approach
  • A natural people-person with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable and adept at socializing and building rapport with new contacts.
  • "Can-do" attitude and ready to take on varied challenges

What you'll do:

  • Engage with potential and existing clients through in-person visits
  • Manage and track leads using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the tech team to align marketing with customer needs
  • Drive adoption and scale of REMAC through impactful sales efforts
  • Perform other administrative tasks as per requirement
