Responsibilities


• Meet and exceed sales targets


• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts


• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the real estate market.


• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, particularly in the residential and commercial sectors.


• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, property prices, and competitive advantages to effectively promote our real estate offerings.


• Showcase available properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications


• A minimum of 5 years' experience of working in a sales executive position


• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems


• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota


• Strong written and verbal communication skills
