Your role. The overall objective is to keep assigned clients happy at a level that they can refer SabirCo to their network without any requests on our side. The main role includes but is not limited to;

  1. Work with assigned team members on new clients onboardings and setups
  2. Work on assigned accounting tasks (routine Bank reconciliations, Journal Entries, AP, and AR)
  3. Drafting financial reports, including annual financial statements
  4. Assist team members in the development of financial models, cash flow, and profitability forecasts
  5. Compiling and analyzing financial information
  6. Helping project managers in transitioning, upgrading, or implementing financial systems
  7. Any other roles assigned by the management

The qualifications.

  1. CA Inter / ACCA Students (Papers to pass should not be more than 4)
  2. Technical proficiency in accounting/financial management including the ability (along with the team) to prepare financial statements
  3. Accounting skills necessary to generate, prepare, and review general ledger, journal entries, records in accordance with GAAP, etc.
  4. Ability to identify variances and research questions regarding financial activity and to improve accounting processes & procedures
  5. Promote positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels in the firm
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  7. Demonstrated ability to work with team members, plan and execute work on time and within budget

Salary and compensation

  1. PKR25,000 from joining if shortlisted.
  2. Salary increment after every 6 months based on quarterly performance reviews
  3. Exam leaves
  4. Annual performance bonus
