Job Description
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans for TMS implementation, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively manage them to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration among cross-functional teams including IT, logistics, procurement, and operations to align project objectives, gather customer requirements on integrations and application functionalities.
  • Managing a team of developers and their tasks.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering. (Master's degree is preferable).
  • Must know the programming language JAVA, Database Management, and Server Management.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation, logistics, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Change management expertise for seamless technology adoption.
