Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects across cross-functional teams.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate between developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks proactively.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and management.
Manage and control changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, as applicable.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of proven experience in technical project management.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification(s) preferred.
