About the Role: We are seeking an Amazon Brand Manager with expert-level skills and a proven track record in scaling Amazon private label brands. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in advanced optimisation, brand building & PPC strategy, and are excited about innovative sales and marketing techniques, we want you on our team.

As part of our brand management team, you'll own a selection of Amazon brands, aiming to increase sales and profits while developing long-term strategies. You will design and implement sophisticated traffic and conversion strategies, lead new product research & launches, and continually optimise performance through an analytical approach, managing the health and daily operations of Amazon accounts at both brand and product levels.

You will report directly to our Head of Amazon and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale brands, maximise profitability, and explore new growth opportunities. Your ability to manage advanced Amazon PPC campaigns and strategise ASIN optimisations will be critical to success.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Growth: Design and implement strategies to boost sales, improve profitability, and expand brands into new Amazon markets. Coordinate impactful product launches based on data and consumer insights.
  2. Advanced Amazon PPC Campaign Management: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns using Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads. Collaborate on advertising strategies, optimise for TACoS, ROAS, and profit. Develop tailored growth strategies for each brand.
  3. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse performance data to identify trends and insights. Monitor KPIs like CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and conversion rates. Provide actionable recommendations to maximise sales and profits.
  4. Listing Optimisation & Conversion: Oversee listing optimisation, including keyword research, titles, bullet points, imagery, and A+ Content. Monitor performance metrics and reviews to maintain high standards and improve visibility.
  5. Inventory and Product Development: Work with relevant teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and identify emerging product trends from ideation to launch.
  6. Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, creative, and leadership teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution. Share expertise and promote a culture of excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 4+ years of Amazon-specific experience, with a proven record in scaling private label brands and executing advanced PPC strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, including campaign structures, bid optimisation, and keyword targeting. Experience with DSP and non-Amazon paid marketing is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
