PMS Manager:

Job Description:

o Create Task for projects, check workflows, set targets, and ensure task continuity within the system.

o Assist teams in assigning tasks and provide them sufficient resources.

o Monitor project progress and update status in the PMS regularly.

o Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

o Provide onboarding and training for new users of the PMS.

o Act as the first point of contact for system-related questions or issues.

o Generate periodic project status and performance reports.

o Support management with real-time project insights.

o Continuously evaluate and improve PMS usage and workflows.

o Stay updated on new PMS features or upgrades and recommend implementations.

o Collaborate with IT for troubleshooting and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience with PMS tools.


• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
