Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate existing production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Design efficient plant layouts and workflows that maximize space, time, and material handling.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to integrate new technologies or product lines.
  • Conduct time-and-motion studies, capacity analysis, and line balancing.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to detect bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production cycle.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of automation or machinery improvements.
  • Train production staff on new processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in costing and process-related feasibility analysis for new designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in glove or footwear manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
