Toyota Mandi Motors, a leading automotive dealership in Mandi Bahauddin, is seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant IT Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the IT Manager in managing the organization's IT infrastructure and operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining system reliability, ensuring network security, managing IT projects, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for innovation in the automotive retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:- IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring optimal performance of hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
- Network and Security Management:
- Monitor and manage network performance to ensure reliable connectivity across branches and departments.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, monitor for breaches, and collaborate with security teams to protect sensitive data.
- Project Management:
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects aligned with business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide advanced support to end-users and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Maintain a knowledge base of technical issues and solutions.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure quality service.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and configurations.
- Prepare reports on IT performance, incidents, and project status for management.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years in IT operations, support, or management; automotive or retail experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in network management, system administration, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting; experience with enterprise IT systems and cloud technologies.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, team leadership, and ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
- Problem Solving: Analytical skills, troubleshooting, and adaptability to changing technology and business needs.
