We are hiring a Manager Accounts & Finance in Islamabad. This is an opportunity to lead our financial operations, manage a team, and significantly impact our business. We are seeking a finance leader who can not only manage accounts but also shape the financial strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities As the Manager Accounts & Finance, you will be responsible for:

Preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring compliance with global and local standards. Overseeing daily accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), and managing cash flow. Leading budgeting processes for Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Operational Expenditures (OpEx), ensuring financial oversight for projects. Strengthening internal controls and facilitating smooth audits. Providing financial insights through analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment. Managing taxation matters, filings, and audits with precision. Mentoring and developing junior finance staff. Ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with:

An MBA in Accounting Finance, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred, though your overall expertise is most important. At least 7 years of experience leading accounting and finance functions. A deep understanding of financial regulations and standards. Proven leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams. A sharp analytical mind for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Proficiency with financial tools such as QuickBooks, ERP systems, or similar. Why Join Us?
