We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our company's expansion and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasting using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
