BAT - Brand Development Executive (1-year contract)

Key Responsibilities
  1. E2E delivery of all NPI Projects, including follow-ups and project management with NPI managers. Ensure accurate tracking using centralized systems and escalate risks as needed.
  2. Maintain project agility by collaborating with NPI managers to meet desired timelines, even if they stretch standard SLAs.
  3. Manage the Project Management System for NPI, ensuring all projects are tracked accurately.
  4. Own the development and adaptation of packaging AW based on guidelines from strategic brand groups.
  5. Follow up on packaging AW adaptations with relevant parties.
  6. Develop and submit Business Cases and Project briefs for NPI projects in collaboration with DRBU and category teams.
  7. Coordinate and support the development of brand briefs aligned with commercial objectives and portfolio strategy.
  8. Manage dashboards to monitor project progress, performance, and timelines.
  9. Conduct Post Launch Reviews to evaluate project success and gather insights for future launches.
  10. Act as the central contact for all project partners, collaborating with multifunctional teams for seamless execution.
Candidate Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand roles, or a hybrid in brand supply chain.
  2. Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Analytical capabilities for performance tracking and insights.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for leading cross-functional teams.
  6. Reliability and flexibility as a team player.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  8. Experience in dashboard maintenance and reporting.
  9. Experience in writing marketing or NPI briefs aligned with brand strategy.
