Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales approaches.
  • Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare and present competitive and accurate quotations to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling: Stay updated on the company's NVOCC services and industry trends. Provide consultative advice to clients, understanding their logistics needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Shipping sales

Qualification: Min Graduation

Budget: 100,000 – 120,000
