Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Room Technician/CSSD Technician located in Lahore. The technician will be responsible for the application of sterile and aseptic techniques, disassembling, cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment. Additionally, the role involves inventory management, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The technician will assist in preparing the operating room before surgeries and work closely with the surgical team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Electricity
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Certification as a Central Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, formal training in related field preferred
