We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions in cloud environments.
  2. Work in a Cloud Infrastructure enablement team to enable GCP (Google Cloud Platform) platform and deploy data processing tools, APIs, AI / ML tools on GCP.
  3. Ensure compliance with security standards, address violations, troubleshoot network issues, and manage operational risks.
  4. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating testing and monitoring frameworks to enable rapid and continuous software delivery.
  5. Investigate faults in live systems, diagnose problems, and propose solutions.
  6. Report progress as required and communicate problems in a timely manner.
  7. Translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions following coding best practices.
  8. Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to ensure consistent and reproducible deployments.
  9. Update programs to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  10. Review code from team members, such as analysts/developers, as part of quality assurance.
  11. Collaborate with application teams to automate and streamline the development, testing, and deployment processes.
  12. Manage standard operating processes, including proactive monitoring, incident handling, system release management, maintenance, and disaster recovery.
  13. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reengineer, and automate processes to improve operational effectiveness and support rapid decision-making.
