Specializing in finished terry products, Paul Textiles serves the hospitality, healthcare, and home textiles sectors. Our extensive product range includes various types of towels, bathrobes, bath mats, thermal blankets, baby articles, and fancy terry articles.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Karachi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, product presentations, negotiating deals, and tracking sales metrics. The role demands close collaboration with the marketing and production teams to meet customer requirements and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in sales, preferably in home textiles or related industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in towel textiles is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
