About the role

Exchange Server team is responsible for Afiniti's email, messaging & calendar services, Email Hygiene, Authentication, DNS, DHCP, EPM (End Point Management), UEM, SSO, MFA, Enterprise backup, PKI Certificate Issuer, Production, Cloud Services, level 2 and Level 3 support for L1 teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Server and Desktop based operating systems and applications including Microsoft Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Exchange Server 2019, Internal Certificate Authority, PowerShell, WAF, Application Load-Balancers, SSO/Self-Service Portals, Virtualization (VMware ESXi), Oracle KVM, Active Directory and Group Policy Deployment/Management.
  • Perform detailed analysis on server/system failures or review analysis performed by other teams.
  • Manage enterprise messaging system including Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Skype for Business and Teams.
  • Manage enterprise cloud application in Azure.
  • Extensive expertise in macOS management: Profound knowledge of macOS environments and substantial experience in troubleshooting and managing macOS devices, particularly utilizing JAMF for security, updates, and configurations.
  • Manage Self-service Portal, SSO and MFA for business apps.
  • Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLA) are followed all the times.
  • Active Monitoring and Operations of the server environment for performance and optimization of services.
  • Provide Server and application support to customers/Internal teams remotely and over the phone.
  • Determine requirements, design, build, test, implement, maintain and enhance business systems.
  • Providing support to Information Security and Audit teams in maintaining and improving system security and server hardening.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience of working with IT preferably in a Software House environment with at least
  • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be familiar with MAC OS and Utilities.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
  • Must have O&M Experience of Microsoft products such as Active Directory Services, Certificate Authority, Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 administration (Mail-Flow troubleshooting), PowerShell and Virtualization (VMware Esxi).
  • Must be familiar with IP Scheming, Layer 2/3 switching & VLAN configuration.
  • Must have working knowledge of Spam Filtering, Load-balancers, SSO/Self-Service Portal.
  • Must be able to maintain Email and Other Enterprise App backups.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering (or higher) in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • MCSE certified or have other Microsoft & VMware certifications.
