Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant & Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Amazon seller accounts, optimizing product listings, creating compelling visuals, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (title, description, keywords, images, etc.).
  • Create and edit high-quality product images, A+ content, and promotional graphics.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback professionally.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance using Amazon Seller Central.
  • Research new product opportunities and competitors.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies and ensure compliance.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
  • Proficiency in Amazon SEO, PPC, and product listing optimization.
  • Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience designing product images, infographics, and A+ content.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online retail.
Timings

Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Days: Monday to Friday
