We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Our ideal candidate will manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and more.
  • They will create and edit high-quality product images, A+ content, and promotional graphics to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a professional manner, providing excellent service and support.
  • They will conduct keyword research and implement Amazon SEO strategies to improve sales performance and increase visibility.
  • Our team member will monitor and analyze sales data using Amazon Seller Central, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize performance.
  • They will research new product opportunities and competitors to stay ahead in the market, ensuring our business remains competitive and innovative.
  • Assisting with order processing, returns, and refunds is also an essential part of this role, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lastly, our Virtual Assistant and Graphic Designer will stay up-to-date on Amazon policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) is required.
  • Proficiency in Amazon SEO, PPC, and product listing optimization is crucial.
  • Excellent graphic design skills, utilizing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva, are necessary.
  • Experience designing product images, infographics, and A+ content is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online retail is necessary.
