xtenxion is looking for a high-performing Sales Closer with strong cold calling skills to join our growing team. This is an office-based, night shift role where you'll take charge of identifying prospects, initiating contact, and closing high-value deals in the digital marketing space.
We're specifically looking for someone with prior experience selling digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, or web development who can confidently lead sales conversations and drive measurable results.
This is more than just a sales job — it's a career growth opportunity. As an early hire, you'll play a key role in shaping our sales team. The right candidate will not only close deals but also be given the responsibility to build and lead a team of cold callers as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients across eCommerce, retail, and local service sectors
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality discovery or strategy calls
- Lead persuasive sales conversations and present tailored marketing solutions
- Overcome objections and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed CRM records of leads, calls, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams for smooth onboarding
- Build and manage a team of cold callers to expand outbound sales efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of closing deals and cold calling
- Proven experience as a sales closer and cold caller
- Must have prior experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, web design, etc.)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong objection handling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Must be available to work on-site during night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the U.S. market and sales environment
- Experience with CRMs and outbound dialer tools
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing
Compensation:
