About the job:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join UK's leading translation and interpretation company, EMPIRE GROUP. We are seeking a full-time Mobile Application Developer for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. The candidate must have prior experience in developing both Android and iOS applications. The developer will oversee the entire app lifecycle, from concept to delivery and post-launch support. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's global mobile strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Experience with Android SDK, Java, NDK, Kotlin
  • Proven experience with API integration using Retrofit
  • Experience in developing VOIP applications
  • Work with Firebase products such as authentication, real-time database, and storage
  • Design, develop, test, and release iOS apps aligned with business goals
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Improve code quality through unit testing, automation, and code reviews
  • Translate UX/UI designs into technical solutions
  • Deep understanding of Objective-C or Swift
  • Experience with iOS frameworks like Core Data and Core Animation
  • Understanding of Agile development processes
Requirements & Skills:
  • BSc/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience developing on Android and iOS platforms
  • Knowledge of app publishing processes on both platforms
  • Experience developing VOIP applications
  • Ability to lead projects and teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Details:

Work mode: Office-based

Shift: 10 am - 7 pm

Location: DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi
