Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is focused on guest posting outreach, securing link-building partnerships, and managing negotiations with website owners, bloggers, and editors. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality websites, initiating contact, pitching content ideas, and securing successful guest post placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant, high-authority websites for guest posting opportunities
  • Initiate outreach campaigns via email, social media, and other channels
  • Pitch article topics tailored to each target site's audience and guidelines
  • Negotiate guest posting terms, pricing, and placement details with website owners
  • Maintain organized outreach tracking and follow-ups using CRM/spreadsheet tools
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure timely delivery of approved topics
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with webmasters and partners
  • Track the success of outreach campaigns and report key performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO outreach, guest posting, or link-building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Hunter.io, Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, or similar
  • Understanding of SEO, domain authority metrics, and quality content evaluation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up habits and task tracking
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with content teams or digital marketing agencies
  • Knowledge of different niche industries (e.g., tech, gaming, lifestyle, education)
  • Experience using Google Sheets, Trello, or CRM systems
