Al Rakan Construction is seeking a highly skilled MEP Draftsman to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have experience in preparing MEP shop drawings according to Dubai regulations and expertise in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with Dubai municipality and DEWA regulations.
  2. Ensure all drawings adhere to UAE MEP codes and standards.
  3. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop accurate and detailed drawings.
  4. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for clash detection and resolution.
  5. Revise drawings based on feedback from consultants and contractors.
  6. Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant drafting certification.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP drafting, preferably with UAE-based projects.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  4. Strong knowledge of DEWA, DM, and ADDC guidelines for MEP systems.
  5. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
