Vacancy Description
Strategy Development

Lead the development and execution of corporate communication strategies to enhance reputation and employer branding, support CEO messaging, and drive innovation. Manage sustainability communication, corporate PR, and special projects, using data insights for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary communication link to align internal and external stakeholders, influence support for change, and strengthen engagement through clear messaging.

Implementation & Execution

Oversee internal and external communication plans, manage channels and content, ensure brand governance, and lead crisis communication efforts. Support company-wide projects aligning with strategic priorities.

Capability Building

Enhance internal communication infrastructure, guide on emerging trends, and support capability development in project management and content creation. Provide insights and tools to leadership for impactful storytelling and media engagement.
