About the Role:

The Instructor is responsible for ensuring that learners' experience at Organization meets or exceeds expectations in terms of quality. Instruction should be learner-centered and goal-oriented, following the principles and techniques of the Organization Method. The classroom environment should foster motivation, satisfaction, and goal fulfillment. The instructor must be committed to quality enhancement, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

Instruction:

  • Deliver lessons using the Organization Method and teaching principles, integrating technology where appropriate.
  • Implement the Organization Learning Cycle for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) across all age groups.
  • Conduct instruction in a variety of settings: large classes, group lessons, private sessions, both at the Language Center and at client locations.

Learner Management / Learning Cycle:

  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner, including tracking customer progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Promote Language Center events to customers.
  • Adhere to teaching schedules and communicate any issues or requests directly to the supervisor.
  • Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities offered by the Organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct placements, level-checks, tests, and prepare reports.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Local Manager of Instruction.

Other Duties:

Job Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required
  • A-Level education preferred
  • Organization Level 10 Language Proficiency

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in the target language and a relevant academic background
  • Valid visa status (for expatriates)
  • Willingness to be observed, evaluated, and provide self-assessment feedback
  • Collaborative attitude with fellow Organization employees
  • Commitment to adhering to Organization's International and Local Codes of Conduct

  • Ability to travel as needed
