Job Description

Join the Tech Pioneer Program - 2025: Help us solve mobility issues in the Middle East.

We seek motivated recent graduates with degrees in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields to join our development team. As a Junior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain applications for Android, iOS, or Backend systems using Java Spring Boot. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of software engineering principles eager to apply their knowledge practically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications for Android, iOS, or Backend systems
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and standards
  • Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and standards compliance
  • Contribute to designing and implementing new features under senior engineers' guidance
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to improve development processes
  • Document technical specifications and development processes as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Understanding of core computer science concepts such as Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, Database Management, and Operating Systems
  • Basic knowledge in Android (Java/Kotlin, Android Studio, SDK), iOS (Swift, Xcode), or Backend (Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, relational databases)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience through academic projects, internships, or personal projects in Android, iOS, or Backend development
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to cloud platforms or microservices architecture is a plus
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a relevant portfolio
