OverviewWe seek a strategic, tech-savvy, customer-centric individual for the full-time B2B SaaS Sales Development Specialist role. You will drive growth by presenting our vendors' products to in-house paid leads across industries, using calls, emails, and SMS to nurture relationships and expand our market presence.
Your Typical DayAs a SaaS Sales Development Specialist, your day involves connecting clients with solutions that foster growth. Your tasks include qualifying leads, setting appointments, and following up, with performance measured against KPIs.
Your Impact- Drive lead generation through outreach strategies.
- Identify leads via cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and training.
- Create persuasive narratives for prospects.
- Mentor colleagues in sales skills and processes.
- Proven SaaS or B2B sales experience exceeding targets.
- Strong sales skills, including communicating value and overcoming objections.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, US accent preferred.
- Ability to research industry data and stay current with market trends.
- Enthusiasm for technology and continuous learning.
- HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Resource Inn (preference for HubSpot users)
