Overview

We are seeking talented Software Engineers with ReactJS/Flutter experience who enjoy building advanced internet applications, designing great APIs, and mentoring junior developers.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Performing moderately complex product design, systems analysis, and programming activities requiring research.
  2. Cultivating engineering best practices within the web group and, in conjunction with other senior engineers, company-wide.
  3. Collaborating with other technical leaders to analyze complex feature requests and suggest implementation strategies.
  4. Estimating the time required to complete tasks and providing quotes.
  5. Conducting unit testing (including mocking as needed) and integration testing on software.
  6. Mentoring junior engineers and defining engineering standards.
  7. Adhering to Arkhitech's policies, standards, and procedures in the performance of job duties.
  8. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Sciences.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in ReactJS with a strong emphasis on best practices.
  3. Experience with Agile development processes and engineering best practices like continuous integration and unit testing.
  4. Understanding of performance and security issues and their solutions when designing web-based applications.
  5. Excellent technical judgment to determine when to use off-the-shelf solutions versus custom development.
  6. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  7. High energy levels with strong motivation to meet delivery deadlines.
