Position Overview
This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day focuses of all assigned individuals, as well as helping team members create new profit streams within customers. They will also provide weekly reports to track progress against the responsibilities & measurables.
What You'll Do As The Manager Sales – SMB
Employees in this role will need to apply their independent judgment and demonstrate intellectual abilities in decision-making.
The following are the key responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of the SMB sales market in the US
- Achieving annual targets
- Year-over-year growth within assigned accounts
- Managing daily issues related to team members
- Hunting for new business opportunities
- Expanding business through collaboration with UK, India & Global teams
- Monthly forecasting
- Supporting a learning culture through WiGs training participation
- Engaging with team members to serve as a knowledge hub
- Resolving customer opportunities, requests, and issues
- Celebrating wins and maintaining accountability
- Utilizing organizational tools to increase customer base through new acquisition
Administrative Responsibilities
- Holiday / Annual Leave Coverage
- Resolving procurement & service sales issues
- Supporting and training AEs
- Customer interaction and email response templates
- OEM / Customer discussions & negotiations
- Back-end processes and system behavior
- Maintaining CE hygiene
- Delivering Zones high-level presentations
- Team pipeline reporting
- Logging and updating opportunities in the system
- Weekly meetings with the Division Leader to address team issues
