Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Certification in Industrial Relations or related field is a plus.
