You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. Your responsibilities include data collection, ensuring data accuracy, promoting CI progress, and tracking department KPI scorecards.

How you will contribute

• Provide training on CI tools and techniques; assist departments with our established daily management system (DMS)
• Support data collection and extraction to facilitate CI activities and DMS adherence
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and KPI gaps
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvements
• Train colleagues on CI tools and new standards derived from CI activities

What you will bring

Desire to drive your career forward with experience and knowledge in:

• CI and high-performance work systems
• Facilitation and communication skills for team discussions on CI
• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in operational environments
• Data manipulation and validation in manual and automated systems
• Mastery of Excel and data analytics tools
• Organizational skills to support and educate on DMS
• Logical, structured thinking for data insights
