Job Summary

The Continuous Improvement Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our plant. This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

About the Role

This dynamic role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and sustain them over time. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements, design and implement changes, and measure their impact.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to equip colleagues with the skills necessary to support CI activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with lean and/or TPM tools, with a demonstrated understanding of their application in a factory or operations environment.
  • Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools, with the ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
