At Stafflink, we're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team and play a key role across multiple exciting projects. This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on frontend development, but also requires solid backend expertise.

You'll collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and designers to build scalable, modern web applications. You should be able to make key technical decisions and lead both frontend and backend architecture.

We're Hiring: Senior Fullstack Developer (Frontend-Focused)

At Stafflink, we're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team and play a key role across multiple exciting projects. This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on frontend development, but also requires solid backend expertise.

You'll collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and designers to build scalable, modern web applications. You should be able to make key technical decisions and lead both frontend and backend architecture.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of fullstack development experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js (must-have)
  • Strong experience with modern frontend development: component-based design, responsive UI, performance optimization
  • Backend experience using RESTful APIs, server-side rendering, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
Nice to Have
  • Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, TailwindCSS
  • DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployments)
  • Familiarity with microservices or monorepos

  • Lead frontend-heavy feature development across multiple projects
  • Contribute to backend APIs and services as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Own code quality, reviews, and best practices
