Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and innovative No-code/Low-code Developer to join our dynamic team. You will work on developing high-quality, scalable solutions using no-code/low-code platforms and be a key contributor to our mission of rapid digital transformation. If you love translating business needs into interactive interfaces and building backend logic without touching traditional code, we want you on our team. You'll collaborate with the team to develop solutions that automate workflows, integrate third-party APIs, and deliver real business impact quickly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain No/Low code applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and deliver high-impact products.
  • Create prototypes and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Build responsive UIs, configure data models, and set up backend workflows.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services for added functionality.
  • Debug and optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Document workflows, architecture decisions, and technical processes clearly.
  • Follow agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid hands-on experience with No/Low code Tools
  • Understanding of API integrations, database structuring, and logic workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and UX thinking
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in fast-moving environments.
  • Bonus points for experience with Automation tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A strong portfolio of projects showcasing your ability to build functional applications using no-code/low-code platforms, with examples of workflow automation
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and iterative development cycles.
