Virtelligence is hiring a hands-on digital marketing specialist with strong skills in content writing, SEO, blog creation, social media management, and analytics. This is not a managerial or oversight role—this is for someone who's ready to get in the trenches and build daily, while owning the entire content lifecycle from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate is a creative writer and technical marketer rolled into one—someone who thrives on writing compelling blog content, optimizing web pages, publishing social media posts, and tracking performance in Google Analytics. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, but your day-to-day will be focused on doing the work, not just directing it.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, and landing pages
• Create educational and conversion-focused content tailored for technical and healthcare audiences
• Maintain a blog/content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across key channels
• Edit and improve existing content to align with brand voice and performance goals
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Optimize website and blog content for on-page SEO (metadata, headers, schema, internal links)
• Collaborate with the web team to implement SEO improvements and track site health
• Use tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog for audits and tracking
• Track website and content performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console
• Monitor user behavior, bounce rates, conversions, and traffic sources
• Create monthly performance reports with clear takeaways and optimization recommendations
• Develop and execute daily and weekly posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Write and design social content using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
• Schedule and publish content using tools like Sprout Social or Meta Business Suite
• Monitor and engage with followers; respond to messages and escalate when needed
• Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) for content generation, ideation, and SEO refinement
• Assist with email content, website updates, and light CMS tasks (e.g., WordPress)
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital channels and assets

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, especially in B2B or services/SaaS sectors
• Proficient in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console
• Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, engaging, and professional tone
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with publishing tools and basic project management practices
• Familiarity with AI writing and optimization tools is a strong plus
