We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced *Digital Marketing Specialist* with a proven track record in the e-commerce sector in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing robust digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand visibility for our upcoming marketplace and existing Shopify stores. Crucially, candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience and measurable success with major e-commerce platforms like Daraz or other significant online retail platforms.

ØDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our proprietary e-commerce marketplace and Shopify stores, aligning with overall business objectives.

ØManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads like Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads) with a strong focus on ROI and conversion.

ØImplement and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

ØOversee and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

ØDevelop and manage engaging content marketing initiatives (e.g., blog posts, product descriptions, video scripts) that resonate with the target audience.

ØAnalyze website and campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Daraz Seller Center analytics, and other platform-specific insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

ØConduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities for growth.

ØCollaborate closely with the product development, sales, and content creation teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

ØManage online reputation and customer feedback across all digital channels.

ØStay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, e-commerce best practices, and platform updates (especially for Daraz and Shopify).
