Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead our digital lending products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and growth of our digital lending solutions while ensuring an exceptional user experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of digital lending products, from conceptualization to launch and optimization.
  2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape in digital lending.
  3. Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market demands.
  4. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative lending solutions.
  5. Analyze user data and feedback to drive product improvements and feature development.
  6. Work with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Manage stakeholder relationships across departments and levels.
  9. Stay updated with fintech trends and innovations in digital lending.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience specifically in digital lending or fintech products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital financial products.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, loan origination processes, and lending operations.
  • Experience with digital financial services in Pakistan or similar markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in product analytics tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
  • Experience with mobile wallet solutions and payment systems.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework for digital lending in Pakistan.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with credit scoring models and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Understanding of Islamic banking principles.
  • Certification in Product Management or related fields.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • User-centric approach to product development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Technical understanding of digital platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills.
