Role Overview:

We're seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Product Owner passionate about artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and innovative technology solutions.You will lead product initiatives across various sectors, including healthcare, government, tourism, retail, and medical laboratory technology, developing next-generation applications and digital tools that drive exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead diverse AI and technology product lifecycles using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Define and communicate compelling product visions, strategic roadmaps, and actionable plans.
  • Conceptualize, prioritize, and manage AI-driven product features and enhancements aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders, engineers, designers, and end-users to ensure seamless communication and product alignment.
  • Oversee the execution of technology-driven projects, maintaining timeliness, budget accuracy, and superior quality.
  • Create innovative product specifications, interactive wireframes, and robust prototypes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, AI experts, UX/UI, marketing) to foster innovation, exceptional design, and strong user adoption.
  • Utilize user feedback and analytics for continuous product improvement and enhanced user satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and learning.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology Management, or related fields.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, AI-driven projects, or SaaS product development.
  • Proven expertise across healthcare tech, GovTech, tourism tech, retail tech, medical laboratory technology, and AI integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, UX/UI best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Skilled in budgeting, financial forecasting, contract compliance, and project management.
  • Proficient with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) for product backlog management and performance tracking.
  • Expertise in rapid prototyping, MVP development, and Vibe coding methodologies.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills with proficiency in tools such as Replit, Lovable, and similar AI-driven platforms.
