Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder at our Faisalabad location. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects, interacting with potential clients, submitting proposals, and closing deals on the Upwork platform. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential projects, crafting customized proposals, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with the development team to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects that match client needs and company capabilities
  • Research potential opportunities, analyze client requirements, and develop tailored proposals
  • Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids on Upwork
  • Engage with potential clients to understand goals, timelines, and budget
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scope to close deals
  • Coordinate with the development team to ensure feasible project execution and handoffs
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships to secure repeat business
Qualifications
  • Experience in Bidding on Freelancer & Upwork, and Project Management
  • Proficient in communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of web development, mobile app development, and AI technologies
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
