Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedAssociate Finance and Accounts Executiveto join our team at CureMD. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in accounting and finance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting principles.

• Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.

• Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.

• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and ensure accurate documentation.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reports.

• Support the finance team in developing and maintaining financial models for business planning.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's/master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or working toward one).

• 0-1 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.

• Proficiency with accounting software, especially QuickBooks, is a plus.

• Strong data entry skills and the ability to work with large volumes of financial data.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.

• Demonstrated capability to handle unexpected challenges and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively and ensure smooth operations.

• Shift Timings: 12:00 PM PKST to 9:00 PM PKST.
