Job Overview:

Energy Cove is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in energy solutions (solar, electrical, or related fields) combined with exceptional sales and communication skills. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, providing technical expertise, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy sector (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

2. Technical Consultation:

  • Provide expert advice on energy solutions (solar systems, inverters, batteries,lighting etc.).
  • Conduct site assessments to determine customer requirements and system feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design customized energy solutions.

3. Customer Support & Project Coordination:

  • Assist customers with technical inquiries, product selection, and post-sales support.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams (engineering, procurement, installation) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

4. Market Research & Strategy:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market needs and product improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in technical sales, preferably in solar/energy systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of solar PV systems, electrical components, and energy storage.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, negotiation, and client management.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills (English & Urdu).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
