About the role:
As an Insurance Virtual Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and customer support to insurance professionals, helping them streamline their operations. Responsibilities include:
- Managing client inquiries and policy updates.
- Processing insurance claims and documentation.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
Program Overview:
Position: Insurance Virtual Assistant
Duration: 3 months
Cost: Offered at no cost to selected candidates.
Program Start Date: 1st week of January 2025.
Time: 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Days: Monday to Thursday.
Job Placement:
Once you have completed the training program and passed all the required assessments and interviews, you will have a chance to work for a USA-based insurance agency.

Work Locations:
We are looking for candidates to join us in the following capacities:
- Onsite Positions: Get trained directly from the Karachi office to collaborate in person with our team.
- Offsite Positions: Online option available for female candidates & anyone based outside Karachi.
